"There
was a man named Job in Uz land, and he was this perfect and upright man,
fearful of God and separated from evil."
[Job
1: 1]
Although
he was a man of God, Job was distraught because he had a problem that seemed to
have no solution.
He
could not understand what was happening to him, and he could no longer.
Can a Christian who is full of the Spirit of God and love for Jesus Christ, reach such a sad point in his life that he believes he can no longer with your burdens anymore?
I
am talking about Christians who are close to Jesus. Christians who have
experienced miracles, who have seen victory after victory in their lives;
Christians who are dedicated to the work of the Lord Could these Christians
become so pressured and dejected in their lives, that they reach the point of
being convinced that they cannot do more?
The
the answer is one only, brethren! Yes, it is possible!
But when you can no longer with your burdens anymore
CONSIDER
Job, A MAN WHICH GOD CALLED "PERFECT AND STRAIGHT"
Let's
look again, as God describes Job, saying of him:
"There
was a man named Job in Uz land, and he was this perfect and upright man,
fearful of God and separated from evil."
Brothers,
this man feared God! Job loved God with all his heart!
But
now he faced the biggest crisis of his life. Job had lost everything he had! He
lost his family, lost his possessions; This man lost absolutely everything!
But
that was not all, his entire body, from head to toe, was full of painful sores.
Job
reached a point in his life where he could no longer resist suffering. And when
he reached that point in his life he said:
4
"For the arrows of the Almighty are within me; the poison thereof drinketh
up my spirit; the terrors of God set themselves in array against me...... 8 “Oh
that I might have my request, and that God would grant me the thing that I long
for: 9 even that it would please God to destroy me, that He would let loose His
hand and cut me off!" [Job 6: 4,8-9].
In
other words, Job was saying: God, I ask you only one thing, take my life, I
don't want to live anymore!
Do
these words sound as if they had come out of the mouth of a man of God? Of
course no!
But
brothers, the Bible tells us, that Job was "perfect and upright before
God!"
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Keep
reading with me
(Job 7:3,4) "3 So am I made to possess months of vanity, and wearisome nights are
appointed to me. 4 When I lie down, I say, ‘When shall I arise and the night be
gone?’ And I am full of tossings to and fro unto the dawning of the day."
And
finally, brothers, in total despair, look at what Job says:
Job
7: 15-16, 20 "15 so that my soul chooseth strangling, and death rather
than my life. 16 I loathe it; I would not live always. Let me alone, for my
days are vanity......... 20 I have sinned. What shall I do unto Thee, O Thou
preserver of men? Why hast Thou set me as a mark against Thee so that I am a
burden to myself?"
Job
was distraught because he had a problem that seemed to have no solution! He
could not understand what was happening to him and could no longer!
Now,
at this precise moment, Job's "friends" arrived, and I use the word
"friends" very lightly, to try to figure out what was happening to
him.
Brothers,
these men could not understand, or rather, they could not believe that God
would allow a righteous man to suffer so much!
And
that is why these "friends" said to him: "Job, God does not
afflict the righteous - what happens is that you have to be in sin and that is
the reason why these things are happening to you!"
Job
11:14 "if iniquity be in thine hand, put it far away, and let not
wickedness dwell in thy tabernacles."
And
I ask you: How would you feel with friends like those ones? What Job needed was
the support of true friends, not false accusations!
Brothers,
was God angry with Job? NO! Was God punishing Job for any sin he had committed?
Not either! And Job knew it!
(Job
10: 2, 7) "I
will say to God: Do not condemn me; make me understand why you contend with me.
Although you know that I am not impious"
What
a pain Job had in his heart!
[Job
16:16] "16 My face is inflamed with weeping, And my blackened eyelids"
Brethren,
Job had cried so much that his face burned him!
Have
you reached such a point in your walk with Christ?
CONSIDER
TO HOLY APOSTLE JEREMIAH, THE MAN TO WHICH THE BIBLE CALLS "THE PROPHET OF
TEARS"
Brothers,
this man named Jeremiah had the fire of God burning in his bones! This man
walked with God and was not afraid of men! When this man getting preaching, the
walls shook! He was a man full of the power of God!
But
even so, the Bible tells us that Jeremiah reached such a sad point in his life
that he wanted to leave everything! God allowed this man to experience sadness
that few men have experienced.
Listen
to Jeremiah's pain:
[Jeremiah
20: 14-18] "14 Cursed the day I was born; the day my mother gave birth to
me may not be blessed. 15 Cursed is the man who gave the news to my father,
saying," Son has been born to you, making him rejoice. " so much. ”16
And let the man be like the cities that the Lord ravaged, and he did not
repent; hear morning cries, and voices at noon, 17 because he did not kill me
in the womb, and my mother would have been my grave to me, and his pregnant belly
forever. 18 Why did I get out of the belly? To see work and pain, and to have
my days spent in affront? "
Brothers,
do these words sound like words that came from the mouth of a prophet of God?
Of course no?
But
Jeremiah was so low, he was so distressed, that his wish was to have died
inside his own mother's womb!
Have
you reached such point in your walk with Christ?
@@@@@@@@@@
WE
WILL CONSIDER NOW THE PROPHET ELIAS, THE PROPHET OF THE MIRACLES.
Elijah
personally knew the power of God.
-In
the power of God, Elias raise a child from the dead!
-In
the power of God made the head of an ax float in the water!
-In
the power of God made rainfall from the sky!
-In
the power of God, Elias made fire consume the altars of Baal!
But
even with all this miraculous manifestation, Elijah also fell into total
anguish.
(1
Kings 19: 1-4) "And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, and also
how he had slain all the prophets with the sword.
2
Then Jezebel sent a messenger unto Elijah, saying, “So let the gods do to me,
and more also if I make not thy life as the life of one of them by tomorrow
about this time.”
3
And when he saw that, he arose and went for his life and came to Beersheba,
which belongeth to Judah, and left his servant there.
4
But he went a day’s journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down
under a juniper tree, and he requested for himself that he might die, and said,
“It is enough! Now, O Lord, take away my life, for I am not better than my
fathers.”
Brethren,
what a great change, one day we see a man who had given his life to see revival
among the people of God, and now we see a man who no longer wanted to live!
A
man that God had used so powerfully, no longer wants to live!
I
ask you: Have you reached such a point in your walk with Christ?
IS
THIS ONLY AN EXPERIENCE OF THOSE WHO LIVE IN THE OLD TESTAMENT?
Brethren,
Can Christians who are under the New Covenant, who are full of the Spirit of
God, spend moments like these?
People
who spend hours on their knees, people who have given their lives in the
service of Jesus Christ, go through such sad times that they no longer know
what they are going to do?
If
there is a man who can answer this question, it is the Apostle Paul.
The
Apostle Paul had left everything to serve Jesus Christ. Oh and how God used
this man!
The
Apostle Paul had received such a great revelation from God that he could not
repeat it!
God
used the Apostle Paul to write more than half of the New Testament!
Again
from Paul's ministry, God had saved souls, healed the sick, and performed
tremendous miracles.
(Acts
19: 11-12) "11 And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul, 12
so that handkerchiefs or aprons from his body were brought unto the sick, and
the diseases departed from them and the evil spirits went out of them."
But
even with all this, the Apostle Paul also suffered more than we can imagine!
(2
Corinthians 1: 8-9) "Because brothers, we do not want you to ignore about
the tribulation that came upon us in Asia; for we were overwhelmed beyond our
forces so that we still lost hope of conserving life. 9 But we had death
sentences in ourselves. "
(Romans
7:24) "24 Miserable me! Who will deliver me from this body of death?"
I
AM TALKING TO MANY PEOPLE WHO LOVE CHRIST WITH ALL THEIR HEART, BUT THEY ARE
SUFFERING TREMENDLY!
Brother,
if you look around you, and everyone sees you smiling, everyone thinks you are
feeling very well, but if there is a pain in your heart that not even words can
describe! And
you have spent sleepless nights, you have shed rivers of tears and if in your
mind you have thought: God, I don't want to live anymore, take me with you,
Lord! I can't stand the pain in my mind and heart!
WHERE
DO WE FIND THE EXIT?
There
are 3 things that God has taught me and I want to share it with you.
DO
NOT BELIEVE YOU ARE EXPERIENCING SOMETHING RARE OR OUTSIDE THE NORMAL.
On
the contrary brother, you are in good company!
When
you feel this sadness, remember the great servants of God, remember Job,
remember Jeremiah, remember Elijah, remember Paul.
(1
Peter 4: 12-13) "12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery
trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you; 13
but rejoice since ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings, that, when His
glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. "
BUT WHEN YOU THINK THAT YOU CAN NO LONGER WITH YOUR BURDENS ANY MORE; WHEN EVERYTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT HOPE YOU HAVE TO LOOK FOR GOD WITH EVERYTHING THAT IS IN YOU!
The
the solution you are looking for is not in any man, it is not in your husband or
wife, it is not in your brothers, it is not even in your pastor, the only one
who can get you out of this is JESUS CHRIST! And you have to look for it like
never before! You have to lock yourself in your room alone and crieth out:
"Lord my Creator, I need you!"
Consider
the Psalmist's advice:
(Psalm
55: 16-18) '16 As for me, I will call upon God, and the Lord shall save me. 17
Evening and morning and at noon will I pray and cry aloud, and He shall hear my
voice. 18 He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against
me, for there were many with me."
(Psalm
18: 1-6) "1 I will love Thee, O Lord, my strength.
2
The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in
whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
3
I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I be saved
from mine enemies.
4
The sorrows of death encompassed me, and the floods of ungodly men made me
afraid.
5
The sorrows of hell compassed me about; the snares of death lay before me.
6
In my distress I called upon the Lord and cried unto my God; He heard my voice
out of His temple, and my cry came before Him, even unto His ears."
(Psalm
30: 2-3)"2 O Lord my God, I cried unto Thee, and Thou hast healed me. 3 O
Lord, Thou hast brought up my soul from the grave; Thou hast kept me alive,
that I should not go down to the pit."
Here
is a key verse:
(Psalm
72:12) "12 For he will deliver the needy who cries out, And the afflicted
one who has no help."
SATURATE
IN THE WORD OF GOD, ASKING FOR GOD'S PROMISES FOR YOUR LIFE
(Matthew
7: 9-11) “9 Or what man is there among you whom if his son asks for bread,
will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent? 11
If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how
much more shall your Father who is in heaven give good things to them that ask
Him?"
(Ephesians
3:20) "20 And to Him who is powerful to do all things much more abundantly
than we ask or understand, according to the power that acts in us"
Brethren,
everything that happens to us, even suffering, happens with a purpose, with a
divine purpose - but never, never doubt how much Christ loves you!
Stay
united to the Lord doing mercy, and so you will be a happy Christian on this
journey.
